I went to a public auction on site at 9 Birubi St, Minyama on Saturday, 4 bedrooms refurbished waterfront home with deep water ocean acces on 655 sq m. all neighbour & friends were there to see what it would sell for. 
The auctioneer start promtly start on time, talking about the home & location. The bidding was great but for the owners stalled & was passed in on a vendor/owner bid of $1.1m. The property is still under negotiation, post auction
