One of the last blocks of land in Sunbird Chase, went up for public auction today. 800 sq m of prime real estate in Kawana Quays, not even 5 minute from the shops or Sunshine Coast beaches. Even with the heaven opening up, the neighbour & friends were there in force, but no bidders appeared. Due to no registered bidder the auction didn’t start, I will keep you posted with this one.
