I went to 2 auction on the weekend one at 24 Cypress Ct, in Minyama & there was over 80 people there.
all brand new 4 bedrooms, main with ensuite plus 2 bathrooms, media room, 8 car garage, on 840sq m with a 20 m waterfront was passed in for $2,660m with 3 bidders
The other one was at 28 Murrindi St, Minyama. 4 bedrooms main with ensuite, media room, inground pool & dlug. The bidding started at $350,000 with 3 bidders & was sold under the hammer for 4546,500
